Configuration Manager (Product Data)

We’re looking for a Configuration Manager to own and improve the accuracy, structure, and integrity of our product data. In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain, ensuring every part, BOM, and change order in our ERP system reflects the precision and innovation that define CelLink’s technology.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate part masters, BOMs, and configuration data within CelLink’s ERP system (Syspro).
- Lead engineering and document change orders (ECOs, EDOs) from initiation through release.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align new product introductions and product updates with design and manufacturing needs.
- Audit, standardize, and streamline data structures to improve traceability and reduce cycle times.
- Build dashboards and tools to track part/BOM/document status and ensure compliance with CelLink’s internal standards.
- Document best practices, identify automation opportunities, and support ongoing ERP enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience managing product data, BOMs, or ECO workflows in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven success supporting NPI and production change control processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Syspro preferred) and Excel for data analysis, auditing, and visualization.
Preferred Knowledge
- Experience with PLM systems (Arena, Agile, Windchill).
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing, flex circuits, or automotive components.
- Strong understanding of part/BOM structuring, revision control, and configuration logic.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and operations teams in a fast-paced, high-mix environment.
Travel
Possible travel up to 10% to CelLink sites, vendors, integrators, and customer locations as needed.

Specific vision abilities this position requires include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment –
Includes both a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and a shop environment, with exposure to high noise levels from operating machines, physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts, nuisance dust, and skin exposure to chemicals used to run/maintain machines.
PPE-
May be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, gloves, hair nets, masks, and clean-room frocks while adhering to the prescribed safety procedures.
