Quality Technician – Metrology

Georgetown, TX | Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt)

2nd shift only (2p-10:30p)

Base rate of $27.50 plus shift differential of 10%

About the Role

CelLink is seeking a Quality Technician – Metrology to support precision measurement and dimensional inspection across our manufacturing operations. This role focuses on advanced inspection techniques, measurement system integrity, and data-driven quality analysis to ensure our products meet exacting standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform dimensional inspections using precision equipment (CMM, optical systems, micrometers, gauges)
  • Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and tolerance requirements
  • Develop and execute measurement methods and inspection programs
  • Maintain and calibrate measurement equipment; ensure traceability
  • Support gauge R&R and Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
  • Analyze measurement data to identify trends and drive improvements
  • Identify and escalate non-conformances in real time
  • Partner with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues

This role is focused on technical metrology and does not typically coordinate production inspection flow.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in manufacturing, inspection, or quality preferred
  • 2+ years of metrology, dimensional inspection, or calibration experience (preferred)
  • Experience with CMM or advanced inspection equipment (preferred)
