Under general supervision, the Water Key Accounts Program Manager serves as the primary liaison with key account customers and monitors the performance of key accounts. The position is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing partnerships and opportunities with key accounts on business operations, account services, rates, contracts, and emergency management communications.Applicants are required to attach a resume and cover letter

Duties:
Implement the City of Georgetown Water Utility’s Key Account Program
Perform account management processes related to key accounts ensuring high customer satisfaction
Implement document management systems for agreements, customer interaction, and compliance documents
Maintain and audit key account data within the Customer Information System
Implement critical service management processes to ensure continuity of service to critical customers
Work with internal and external teams to coordinate key-account-related work planning and scheduling
Create and configure water and wastewater key accounts
Review and participate in approvals of key account permitting processes
Serve as a single point of contact for key account customers to resolve billing and service issues
Support key account contract negotiation and record keeping
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements pertaining to key accounts
Review and analyze key account data to ensure billing accuracy
Monitor accounts receivable for key accounts to ensure timely payment and identify discrepancies
Prepare and present financial performance reports
Support rate design, fee schedules, and charges pertaining to key accounts
Participate in Development Utility Service Agreement planning meetings
Participate in engineering and construction planning meetings
Assist regulatory and conservation teams with program compliance for key account customers
Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training, and Experience Guidelines
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in finance, accounting, public administration, or a related field
Directly related experience may substitute for education requirements
Preferred Qualifications
One (1) year of water utility experience in the areas of billing operations or permitting
Three (3) years of relevant experience in accounting, business management, or procurement
One (1) year of Project management or administrative support experience
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class "C" Texas driver’s license required. Out-of-state license holders must have a valid license and provide a three-year driving history.

Standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling, fine dexterity, crouching, bending, vision, hearing, talking, and use of foot controls.
Hiring Range: $87,539.92 - $109,657.60, annually.
