This role will involve you playing a critical role in the installation and configuration of server racks and network equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware installation, cable management, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure equipment. Responsibilities
- Effectively partnering with operations leads and supervisors to facilitate the continuation of production processes.
- Ability to comprehend and execute instructions with utmost precision and accuracy.
- Capable of installing servers and switches into racks.
- Perform multiple aspects of the systems integration processes.
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure the timely and efficient production of goods, e.g., pallet jack.
- Routine support of maintenance tasks on production equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity levels.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- As assigned, maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and quality control measures.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues, reporting any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
- Work closely with other members of the production team, including supervisors, quality control personnel, etc., to optimize production processes and resolve issues as they arise.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements or efficiency gains, proposing solutions to leadership to enhance overall productivity and quality, given the chance.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations governing manufacturing operations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes noisy environment.
- A willingness to adhere to safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment as required.
