The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of inventory and shipments. This position is responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating workflow, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving procedures.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required by warehouse duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Experience with OSHA regulations and safety compliance.
• Familiarity with forklift operation and certification.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
