Total Site Solutions (TSS), Georgetown, TX., is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of inventory and shipments. This position is responsible for managing a team of warehouse associates, coordinating workflow, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures that all incoming and outgoing goods are processed timely and accurately, supporting overall supply chain effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required by warehouse duties.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
  • Experience with OSHA regulations and safety compliance.
  • Familiarity with forklift operation and certification.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.
  • Manage inventory control processes including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of stock levels, shipments, and deliveries using warehouse management systems.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse employees to promote productivity and professional development.
  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and other departments to streamline warehouse operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
